Finally, someone on the internet told me to reset the SMC by shutting the MacBook down for 30 seconds. I did that after that it's working fine. Heptic touch and force to touch came back too. Thanks for your Help @WheelieNick.

It could be a hardware issue with your trackpad. If you've tried everything I suggest that you Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service
But I don't understand it should be the hepatic that is not working but at the same time force touch went away as well.
Force click and haptic feedback does not work.
