Dotted circle next to track title in iTunes

I have a dotted circle next to some of the tracks in iTunes for Windows on my PC and they are all the tracks that I added to iTunes when I had my iPhone 12. Tracks added after this ie; the ones that I added since I upgraded to iPhone 14 do not have the dotted circle next to them, all the tracks are all present on iPhone 14 and all play ok. so I am wondering what the dotted circle means. You can see this in the screenshot of iTunes below.

Do you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match? If so, see:

If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library - Apple Support

I'm not sure, but I believe iTunes is trying to sync those songs to or from the cloud (using your (defunct) iPhone 12). One solution, if possible, would be to delete those songs from you iTunes Library and then redownload them. Or maybe turn iCloud Library off and back on after restarting your PC.
