I tried to buy a suica card on apple pay but it failed, my bank still deducted my money

I add my master card to an iphone to buy a suica card. The first time I paid 2000 yen, but apple pay sent notification of not completed transaction. I tried the second time with 1000 yen, and it failed again. Few seconds later, my bank account deducted 2 times equal to 2000 and 1000 yen. How can I take my money back?
