Erase all content and setting

Dear All,

i sold a my iphone SE 2020 two weeks ago and before sold , i clicked on erase all content and setting after that when device turned on and screen appeared Hello and language selection then i gave it to the new owner without set up the device.

Now From two weeks am in depression that i should set the device and should check my data is deleted or not from device because i have sensitive data on that device.

Kindly clear my doubt is there any possibility that my data would not deleted from device or when after erase all content and setting then device starts from hello deleted all data?
