iPhone Unavailable

So, I've reset my iPhone and i put a password, but at the second try I've put a different password, he was loading so I was trying to put back the passsword that I was using from the first time, I've deleted 1 number and he goes back to the continue page, I could not go back to put the correct password. I've shut down the phone and open it... When i try to put the password it's say's it wrong and then i swear, he is lock for 15 minutes now, I've try to reset it from iTunes but he download and reboot and say's iPhone Unavailable try again in 8 mintes. PLEAS HELP ME.
