The setting that you see for 96% is not correct.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to have the battery checked and replaced.

But this was replaced just a year ago and I barely use it for anything.Just Text Call and couple of Facebook. Nothing too stressing on the Phone.
