As i remember 2nd division of SSD was created and used for Windows, but never actually used. I formatted it to APFS file system just to be able to use this space. Now I want to combine it with main disk, tried many options from forums but still unsuccessful.

The top circle at 12 noon on the perimeter of the ring around the piechart can be dragged towards 11 o'clock, and maybe as far as 10 o'clock. You may not be able to delete the partition entirely but you can shrink it down to minimal space. You can also erase its content with the erase icon in the toolbar above when selecled on the sidebar.
You don't actually merge them per se, you remove (with the "-" button) the unwanted partition and that returns the space to where it came from originally.

You may need to use recovery.
That "Untitled" section wasn't changable at all for 3 hours. But, for some reason, after your reply it worked...
