Every time I go to share a not for collaboration I get an error message "An Error occurred... unable to start collaboration"

Hi guys I am trying to add people to collaborate on my notes, I recived a notification from the Notes, Couldn't add people A link couldn’t be created for you to share. Any information about the same problem? I'm trying to share with people I've been able to in the past. Thanks

Unable to share Apple Notes with someone who doesn’t have an Apple ID Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS Version: 18.1.1 Issue: Unable to share an Apple Notes folder with someone who doesn’t have an Apple ID. Steps Taken: 1. Long-press the folder in Apple Notes. 2. Select Share. 3. Choose Anyone With the Link. 4. Set permissions to View Only. 5. Copy the link. Tested: • Pasted the link into Brave Browser and Safari. • Both return an Apple webpage asking the user to sign in or create an Apple account. The intention is to share the folder with non-Apple users, but the link prompts for an Apple ID. Question: Why is this not working as expected? Is sharing with non-Apple users supported in this way? Not receiving shared notes notifications I have my notes app set to provide notifications but I am not getting any when others make edits. Any suggestions?
