Haven't recieved invoice after purchasing iPhone

On 06.11.2023, I bought two phones and a plug from the online Apple store. I received all my purchases from the apple store in Korea. Today 13.11.2023, apple still hasn't sent me my invoice. My purchases show up but my invoice is not there. I want my invoice to be sent to my e-mail address urgently please

My purchase number is W1***

Sorry, but this is a user to user forum, we can't access your personal data.

But, you can download and print your invoice yourself, if you log into this Apple page:

To which country is your Apple ID registered?

If I remember correctly, the local Apple Store Support can only access data from users, whose Apple ID is also registered to this region/country.

So, if you buy from the Korean Apple Store, your data can not be printed handed out to you, if you are not at a Korean Apple Store.

Did you try to contact the official Apple Support by choosing the phone number for your region?
