Mac Mini Pro M2 crackling audio

My church uses a Mac mini pro m2. This computer runs our presentation for in-house using ProPresenter 7. The audio is ran from the Mac out of the audio 3.5mm jack to rca in back of soundboard. Soundboard is Yamaha TF-5 and newly installed over the summer.

After booting everything up, the audio from the Mac will be great. After having the system up and running for 60-90 minutes, the audio will start crackling. Doesn’t matter if video is live-streamed, YouTube, downloaded, iTunes, whatever. Once we reboot the Mac, crackling goes away. Until it’s been running 60-90 minutes and the problem comes back again.

We have updated all software to newest versions. ProPresenter 7.15, Mac OS 14.1 I believe (going from memory). Plenty of room on the hard drive.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
