Crackling / Compressed Sound in Logic Pro X Newest Update

Hey Y'all! Just upgrade to the new Logic Pro Update and having issues with stock Midi sounds and probably the other midi sounds. Seems like there is a compressor or glitchy sound everything I play a note. I also used Drummer and same issue. Did not have this issue with the previous update

When I record audio it works fine but everytime I try to record midi it does this... Any idea the issue?

a midi file created in Logic Pro won't play back volume I create a midi file inside logic, not imported, and the channel registers a strong signal, but I can't hear the audio! I've checked the menu options. What is wrong?

Logic Pro is not processing audio in correctly whenever I try to record any audio, whether its guitar or vocals logic will do this weird thing where it'll pick up the audio just fine but then it'll cut out and randomly come back. I need help. I've tried restarting, uninstalling, and updating nothing is working.
