Mission Control makes my cursor SNAP to the top of the screen.

My cursor snaps to the top of the screen whenever I press mission control. Please help.

In the video, I use Command+E to open the applications window under mission control. It does the same when I press the mission control button (F3).

I fixed it. I had voice control on, and for some reason, when I turned it off, it fixed the problem.

I figured out that voice control was the culprit because my AirPods sounded muddy and muffled. And I was thinking, "I wonder what it is?" And I remembered all the changes I made to my computer. This previous week, voice control was one of them. I was testing it out.

I went to my settings, turned the voice control off, and, boom, problem solved.

Thanks for your input.
