Mode button on beats solo pro not working

Recently to change my noise cancelling mode on my beats and event try to reset them but the light stays solid white. I used the "forget device" opt. in settings now I can get the beats in paring mode. the beats are not responding to the mode/power button, can anyone help?

beats keep blinking when trying to power on whenever i attempt to turn on my beats studio pro, it’ll flash white lights 2 times before stopping. i have to keep holding it down and it’ll keep doing this a few times. eventually, i have to reset it and i have to do this multiple times a day. i tried checking in my settings under the beats device to see if i need to update it, to no avail. and sometimes even after i reset it, it’ll still blink white. (not the pairing blink white; just short blinks twice before it stops). it can still turn on and pair properly once in a while, but it’s no longer reliable. i’ve had these beats for a year or two and this has never happened. can someone help me fix this issue?

When I double click the power button on my Beats Solo 3, my noise cancellation doesn’t turn on For some reason noise cancellation doesn’t work on these… any suggestions?

Beats Solo Pro won't enter pairing mode or reset I have a pair of Beats Solo Pros, but they won't go into pairing mode or reset. They are still connected to my phone, so I know they still work, but I'm trying to pair them to my computer. The light won't blink when I hold it. Even when I try to reset with the noise cancellation button and the volume down, nothing happens. I even tried plugging them into my computer directly, but nothing happens still.
