Spatial Audio not available

I am using AirPods Pro paired with my Mac book air (M2) and Spatial Audio is greyed out (it is 'spatial audio not available' ). It was working up until a month ago so idk if this is a bug or not. What could be the issue and how do I solve it.

Spatial audio not available on Mac Spatial audio isn't available on Mac. I am using AirPods Pro and AirPods Max and spatial audio is not available I have tried using Netflix web app and Spotify web app and using their respective websites on safari and spatial audio is still greyed out. what could be the problem?
