Re: "i am been billed weekly for a QR code scanner that i never download"

As Apple users, like yourself, no-one in the community can access your accounts or details in order to check this out for you. Seems the best we can do, is to help inform you of the various avenues available to you.

Apple Support have an article online (link below) that may help:

How to see what you were charged for:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

or

If the subscription is not being billed by Apple: check your card-provider statement to see who charges you.

Re: "how do i stop that payment?"

What to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

and

If you wish: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

or

If an app-developer charges you (ie not Apple) : How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

or

The best source of help for a product not made by Apple (a third-party product) is the company or person who made it—its vendor or developer: See how to: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support

Re: "wrong billing" : "a QR code scanner that i never download"

To report the problem: You would need the web-address (URL)

Find the URL for an app in the App Store to report a concern - Apple Support

This is where you can "Report a problem: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

If you wish:

You might want to reach out to the Billing Support Team (online chat / phone / email etc.):

There is a “Get Support” link (or an App you can download) at the bottom of their webpage. (link below)
