2 Audio Outputs at Same Time

My wife is disabled and surround sound in whatever form causes her orientation trouble and reflex body movements - me on the other hand, I enjoy proper 5.1 sound very much.

So I find myself in a similar same position as the original poster of this discussion:

It is now almost 2024 - has this changed?

Can we have both have Spatial Audio (on AirPods Pro along noise cancellation) AND simple Stereo 2.0 audio output at the same time from the current AppleTV models when watching streamed content?

Any info appreciated since money is tight and I cannot afford expensive experiments to find out myself.
