Airpod Pros iCloud removal

I've been trying to sell my AirPod Pros, but the company I’m selling to said they are still registered on my ICloud. I’ve removed them

through Find My app and web application several times and they have disappeared form my list of “All Devices”, but the company says they’re still

showing on their system. They said there’s a glitch with iOS 17, but in the meantime it means I can’t sell my AirPods. How do I get Apple

to sort this glitch out??
