Need help with a way to share / collaborate on photo albums in a way that everyone can delete photos from the albums

Hi,

Shared albums in the photos app would be perfect, but it doesn't allow everyone in the shared album to delete photos from the album.

I'm working on a project and collaborating with multiple people and need to share an album of photos with all of these people (3 people) from the photos app and have it sync to everyone invited, so if I add an image it adds it to their synced folder in the photos app and which also lets them delete images from the shared album.

The catch is that the album has to be in the photos app because I need people to be able to copy text from the images.

Is there a workaround with shared folders in the photos app?

Or is there a way to sync a regular album in the photos app with other people so that they can delete images from the synced folder?

I can't find any apps that do this, probably because it's so similar to Apple's shared albums, which they of course limit usability with no preferences.
