Outlook keeps asking for password on iPhone and iPad

I keep getting logged off of my Outlook email on both my iPhone and iPad. I re-enter the password and it works for about an hour then it goes back to asking for a password again. I've deleted my email account and re-entered it to see if that fixes the problem, but it just does it all over again.

I found a temporary solution, I deleted the mail and reconfigured but instead of choosing outlook, I chose Microsoft Exchange and entered the information, as now it hasn’t requested reentering the credentials. Let’s see how long it takes

Thanks for the suggestion but, Why I want to put that manual? That’s not the original intent of the design. Putting the fetch to manual remove all the benefits of having the email in the IOS, the manual fetching is a nice to have to prevent the constant transmission of data, if is the “workaround” I rather add the personal email to the outlook app as a second account, that doesn’t have the issue. The problem is since the last update, and is related only to Microsoft emails accounts, I have an old Hotmail and is the one that have the issue. Again, the error is intermittent, has to do something with how Microsoft authenticate the connection.
