Not able to see all folders usIng "save as" or saving attachments.

When I try to save a file using save as, or when I try to save a doc from a website, the options for places to save are limited to places like: today, last 7 days, or last 30 days. How can I see my whole file structure?

I attempted to indicate the little downward pointing arrow (in the grey box) next to the up/down arrows (in the green box).

That little disclosure arrow will open a somewhat larger "Save As" window. When that appears, you may have to resize it - by dragging the right edge and/or bottom edge - to ultimately show your other folder locations, including a sidebar that should have your Favorites listed.

This should feature in most, if not all, File > Save As... option boxes.

And I think once you've resized that window it will remain the next time you "Save As..."

This happens with word, excel, attachments to emails, etc. It doesn't seem to be program specific. When I click the little up/down arrow, I get this, which still doesn't let me see my full directory. I'd like to see, for instance, the folders within one of these locations. What I do now is save to my desktop and then move it to the right place, which seems very inefficient.
