Why can’t I turn iPhone upside down?

I would like to be able to use my iPhone XS while charging it, and that would be best served by the charging port being on top instead of the bottom. So far I’ve found no viable option.

How can I fix loose charging port on my iPhone 15 Pro Max? Every charge cord I’ve tried will not stay hooked into the charge port. iPhone touch screen issues during charging Hi, why doesn't my phone work well when it's under charge the touch screen? That is not a feature of the iphone.
