Adding Music to My Apple Music Library on Mac but it Doesn't Add

I have screen time on my Mac. But screen time has allowed music for me. Yet when I press the "+" button to add music then it takes me straight to browse music and then this shows up.

It says "Cannot Connect" and it doesn't add any music to my library. Is this a screentime issue? What can I do to change this? I want to add music to my library and it doesn't let me so how can I change this and finally add music to my library. Give me at least a couple of reasons why this could be happening please because I thought I tried everything.
