Siri runs Fitness plus on iPhone rather than Workout app on Apple Watch

When I execute the Siri commands, “go for a 10 minute walk” or “start an outdoor walk workout” from my Apple AirPods Pro, the default action keeps launching the Fitness app on iPhone and going to Fitness+ tab. This started occurring after the last update. How do I override this behavior so that when I ask Siri through my AirPods, it runs the workout Apple Watch app?

Why doesn't Siri announce new notifications on Apple Watch? why is it that when i have my apple watch on siri does not announce new notifications anymore on my apple phone via earpods I used to have my iPhone announce new notifications when I have my EarPods in. Siri announcing notifications after watch update After the new watch is update Siri will announce workout notifications even when these are all turned off. Before the update I never got these announced but I can’t figure out how to turn them back off
