[A]ppl[e] [P]ay supports many different credit and debit cards. If you are referring to some card other than an Apple Card, use that vendor’s resources to access statements.
If you’re using Apple Card, tap the card in Wallet and scroll down.
I am referring to APPLE Cash (need to track payments received from others for tax business purposes for 2022,2021,2020.) . My original question did not pertain to the APPLE credit card.
”Request the statement” is an option for “Apple CASH” transactions
I am trying to send myself a pdf for tax purposes. When I “request the statement” from the card details - it only sends me the details from the current year. It doesn’t have an option to select what year.
I cannot imagine the context of your last post. “Request the statement” has absolutely nothing to do with my response nor does it appear anywhere in the process to see previous years’ Apple Card statements that I described.

That is incorrect!
Your screenshot shows Apple Cash for which “Request Transaction Statement” is available. (The icon at the top of your screenshot is the Apple Cash icon. Scroll up to view the words “Apple Cash”.)
This request feature is not available for any other cards in Apple Pay.
It was great you provided the screenshot. That helped clarify what’s happening.
Apple Pay transactions are likely available from your card issuer's website.
