iPad is stuck with a screen showing it is pasting after trying to copy and paste something from word to procreate. tried to restart iPad but screen seems to be frozen, tried to also hold the poster down and use the volume button but it doesn't work. please help

If iPad isn’t responding, and you can’t restart it by turning it off then on, try forcing it to restart. See Force restart iPad - Apple Support.
I have this problem of a paste screen that i unable to clear. It ask whether “dont allow paste” or “allow paste”. I cannot clear this paste screen. I also cannot force restart my ipad too. Please help.
