Trying to transfer from my old iphone X to iphone 14 pro. I am connected to the net thru wi-fi on both the phones and blue tooth is on.
But the old phone jumps back to the settings window at the last step before scanning step.
Please help. I have also reset the settings on my old iphone, yet it jumps to the settings :(
You can also back up your old phone to iCloud then restore the new phone from iCloud. It won't transfer things like an eSIM but, other than that, it works quite well.

You can force restart your iphones
Check the IOS update
Turn on bluetooth
Turn on wi-fi
Log into the same Apple ID
Place the iPhones close together
If you bought a new iPhone, Apple is giving you unlimited iCloud space for the transfer

Tried all of that!
This did not work for me, may be due to limited icloud space :(
