I just purchased an iPad 13 m4. I attempted to transfer data from iPhone to iPad via Quick Start, which appeared when first turning on iPad. It wasn’t detecting my iPhone, so I chose manual method - my mistake. Is there a way to get Quick Start to appear again and give it another try by this method. Any help walking through transferring from iPhone 15Pro to iPad 13 appreciated. I did backup iPhone to the cloud prior to starting this

Simply fully reset the iPad from iPad settings - after which you can repeat the initial QuickStart transfer:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Erase All Content & Settings

Ensure that Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on both devices - and that both are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID.
Keeping both devices connected to their respective Power Adapters throughout the transfer process will keep the WiFi connections active.
Thank you. Quick start did appear. The same thing is happening as the first time. The iPad Quick Start screen says “Looking for nearby devices”. My iPhone is next to the iPad but it isn’t detecting my iphone
