i try to apply for apple card with a ITIN but not accept. Can i get apple card without SSN??

You cannot get the Apple Card without a SSN. The official requirements from Apple does not list the SSN as a requirement, but apparently Goldman Sachs does require it to evaluate your credit worthiness. This is based only on other users here who have tried to apply without a SSN.
