Remove, disable or hide Photo Booth ?

Hello, I am trying to remove hide or disable Photo Booth on classroom computers. Is there any way .. other than blocking the camera with something like tape ... to do this ? Thank you in advance !

It might be possible to create secondary, non-Admin accounts for the students to use … then use Screen Time to impose "parental controls" on those accounts.

Might try editing the .plst...

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.PhotoBooth.plist


Especially these...


</data>

<key>LibraryPath</key>

<string>/Users/bd1/Pictures/Photo Booth Library</string> to some locked folder that they can't save to.

<key>NSNavLastRootDirectory</key>

<string>~/Downloads</string> to some locked folder that they can't save to.


Or trashing Photo Booth after disableing SIP...
