Apple Watch Charging Cable - Plastic Wrap & Blue Wrap

Hi All,

Looking for some advice. I recently purchased an Apple Watch Series 9. I saw on this forum somewhere that plastic wrap should never need to be cut or from a product.

When I opened the box all seems okay but when it came to open and unwrapping the charging cable. I noticed some plastic wrap both clear and blue stuck in the circular part of the charging cable that connects to the watched. It was very noticeable so I cut it carefully off. However I regret doing so, I took the excess off without taking a picture. There is some of the clear plastic left very small bit but I do not want to try and remove incase I damage the circular part of the charging cable.

Has anyone come across this before?
