iPhone's Kindle app: text-to-speech app under Accessibility trouble

On my iPhone, using the Kindle app: I use text-to-speech app under Accessibility to read books. The page turns automatically (good), but the spoken narration stops and must be restarted with each page. Is there a way to make to narration continue as each page turns -- i.e., make both page turning and narration flow continuously?

It is failing to isolate only the article to read Text to voice. Instead, it reads aloud many extraneous features first, like the address bar, and the "Tab bar" below that, including every 'Tab' of previous recent Safari sites I have been to. I think the solution may be to make those top 2 'bars' be 'Hidden', as I can do on my desktop 'Mac Mini', by just going to 'View' and select to 'Hide'. I like & need to use Text-To-Voice so my Mini iPad reads aloud any article i choose. So I use the 'Accessibility' feature & Swipe Down with 2 fingers. It works fine on my iPhone 7. The problem is only on my iPad Mini Software version up to date 13.1.2 . It is extremely frustrating, and effectively makes it almost impossible to use Text-To-Voice for 'Reader View' on my iPad Mini because who has patience to have to listen first to the 'Address Bar' + 10 or 15 previous 'TABS' of previous sites I have visited.

Does any iphone have these functions / abilities? I’m considering ‘upgrading’ to an iPhone and want to know do any iPhones have the essential features my ‘old’ android has? 1. Allow split screen, so can have 2 apps share the screen, eg, can have youtube playing on top and email or other apps on the bottom. 2. A reading app similar to androids read aloud, which allows you to save webpage articles or app articles and reads it out to you. Yes I know my iPhone of old could do that for an individual page, but it was very ‘primitive’ in comparison having to highlight the text and select ‘speak’. With android’s read aloud , I could arrange reading order of multiple articles I want to listen to, stop, play, ff or rewind as want to. Speech rate is a bonus. My iPhone 6s, had reading apps, Not sure about the paid apps, but none of the multiple free ones i tried could do this. Read aloud app on android is free.

Kindle is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Digital Services and Device Support - Amazon.com
