My watch doesn’t show eject water option
It was so easy to hold down crown & select eject water. That option has disappeared on my watch. How do I eject water now?

Hold in Crown is still the way to turnoff water lock and to expel water.
However you needed to first turn on Water Lock in Control Center, which you get to by single press of side button below the crown.
