Use Apple Watch only for running - what to do when not in use?
I bought an Apple Watch Series 7 about a year ago to track my running. Also, I liked the fitness-tracking in general and was interested in health statistics when I got it. After some months now, I noticed that I don't like to wear something on my wrist 24/7 or even during daytime. I'm not a watch-fan and I like my wrists to be free.
Now, I'm only using the watch for running because it's really handy to have tracking and also music with me without a phone. My question here is; what do I do with the watch when not in use? If I don't use it for 2 days and it sits in the drawer, the battery is completely dead and I know that this is not very good for the battery. But I also heard leaving devices on the charger 24/7 not good either. On the other hand, Apple introduced the nightstand mode so I was thinking; is it better to leave it on the charger in nightstand mode for the days I'm not using it?
