How to re add an accessory I removed from the Apple Home app

I have a homeassistant instance that's connected to homekit via a homekit bridge. I have a ton of accessories in the house and didn't want them cluttering my home app so I individually removed a bunch of them. Now I want to add one back (my outside air temp that comes via my Jandy Aqualink setup). I can see the air temp sensor when I click on the climate summary, but it does not show in any of my rooms ( because I removed it). How do I get it back?

I tried removing the bridge from the home app and readding it, it went one-by-one through the accessories, including the Outside Air Temp, but it still doesn't show anywhere. It does show in the climate summary and I can find the accessory there, but there are no options to make it show up in a room.
