iPhone STUCK on “Home would like to send you critical alerts”

“STUCK” meaning the phone does not respond to any actions, I can’t go to “Setting”. It’s STUCK!

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

By force restarting the iPhone, you can remove "Home Would Like to Send You Critical Alerts."

Simply Press and release the Volume Up button > Press and release the Volume Down button > Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
