last year we created an Apple ID but now he doesn’t use my phone anymore and for some reason my Apple Music and my Apple ID is on everything else. I don’t know how to get it so that I can put mine on there because I pay for my music and I wanted to listen to it on my phone.

Check at Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases. If the Apple ID here is not yours, you can log out of it and enter your Apple ID. Any app of music purchased with the old Apple ID there will not be available to you after you log out.
