Fitness app data didn't automatically transfer to my new iphone 15 from my iphone 12. Is there anyway of getting it back? I have 3 years of data and perfect days of activity that I do not want to be missing. I had my latest backup used and must not have realized that ONE app wasn't backed up.

It must be there then, if you go to iCloud>Health>manage storage is it showing data in it? If it does has to sync with your Health app UPDATED
