Apple Watch Ultra 2 Failure after 36 hours
I received a new Apple Watch Ultra 2 as a birthday gift on the evening of November 11th, 2023 and by the morning of November 13th the screen no longer worked and I was unable to use the watch any longer. I requested a call from Apple and they never called so I tried using chat to which the representative just asked me to try to reset it. After that they stopped responding so I told them I would just send it back to which they then responded that they agreed. I'm really disappointed with Apple on this. I have no idea when I am going to receive my new watch back which will no longer be new but likely the watch refurbished which isn't what I paid for. I honestly don't know because there really isn't much communication. I also don't prefer handing my watch unprotected over to UPS for them to potentially scratch and ding prior to their packaging of my watch. I provided my watch in bubble wrap so it wouldn't get scratched or damaged and was asked to remove it. This is my 3rd Apple watch and I have never had immediate failure of one of their products before.
