On Apple.com I ordered IPHONE 15 PRO MAX SI CASE CYPRESS on 09/20/2023. It started peeling in less than a week and now a chuck ripped off the corner taking the phone out of my pocket.
Is the case covered by any warranty or replacement policy after less 8 weeks?

not up to companies like apple, it's the consumer laws of the country you live in
