I had purchased an iPhone case in 12/13/2022 which started peeling then was replaced by warranty on 11/14/2023; now again there is an issue of peeling of the case; is the case from the replacement on 11/14/2023 still covered?

If you purchased an Apple-branded case on 12/13/2022, it is long past the one-year warranty. When you have something replaced by Apple under warranty, you get the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
