3 Months Music promotion for $10.99

Hello,

I had paused my Apple Music subscription for a while and wanted to resume yesterday. I saw the 3 months for $10.99 promotion and when I tried to pay for it through Apple Pay, it attempted to charge me $39.99. I keep a low balance on my bank account on purpose, so it got declined and that's how I got to notice the $39.99. I tried it several times; and also through the Subscriptions area, and same thing happened. The issue persists on my iMac also. Any help will be appreciated.
