I am unable to share any photos / files from the Photos or files app when Airdrop , Whatsapp any of the sharing apps are selected. Simply there is no Action after clicking on these icons.
Also unable to transfer any data to another phone.

Did you try to force restart your iPhone? If it's not working you can consider reset all settings in general>reset your iPhone>reset

I have had to restart my iphone pro 15 a few times to resolve this issue. It is really annoying
