Verification codes

I received two verification codes simultaneously from my heritage website, one from UNVERIFIED and the other one from TWVerify. I entered the one from TWVerify and it says “verification code is incorrect”. I’m worried my data has been compromised. What should i do?

If you received a prompt for a verification code that you did not expect to receive, then all you need to do is ignore it. Someone may have merely entered a password incorrectly.

If you have reason to believe a password for a website or service you use has been compromised, log into that website or service and change it.

If that password is for your Apple ID credentials, please read If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.
