When I switch my MacBook Pro 16 on, I get the little system setting widget jumping up and down at the bottom of my screen. On previous occasions Apple Support I've told me to force quit every time. This happens I seem to be doing it 99% of the time now any help please. Many thanks.

If you go into Settings > General > Login Items, does it show any items there to "Open at Login" or to "Allow in the Background"? Anything that might be locking up as soon as the computer tries to launch it?
