Resetting Apple Fitness Awards
I’ve tried multiple times to reset my awards on Apple Fitness, following guidance I found on here. I’ve tried multiple times, even after a software update, and it hasn’t worked.
I wasn’t making an opinion just asking you if you find them annoying enough to delete all your hard earned activity records.

Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch – Apple Support
Key is turn on Health in icloud phone settings
Delete the appropriate activity data
Wait a day
turn off Health in icloud phone settings
Wait a day
Turn it on again.
