how do I delete headphone audio tracking?

You can’t delete the Headphone Audio Section in the Health app but you can stop it from whining you. Simply, Open the Health App, Tap the Browse tab, then tap Hearing, Tap Headphone Notifications and turn it off from there. If you don’t want any notifications from the Health app, turn off notifications from Health in Settings.

Is your phone connecting to your car through Bluetooth? If so, go to Settings>Bluetooth and find your car system and change the device type to "Car Stereo".

Here is how to turn off all notifications from the Health app.

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Notifications
3. Scroll down to Health and tap it
4. Set the “Allow Notifications” slider to no.
