How do I find out what is being charged to my account with using a reference number?

I have 2 charges to my credit card that give show apple.com/bill and then reference numbers. The reference numbers are 551315899R3VESK32 (amount $21.36) and 55131589GR3STSVQ9 (amount 3.20). Any information about these two charges would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there

See this to find out what you've been charged for

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription. Find out where else you can view your Purchase History.
