How can I sync Apple Music iPhone to iPhone
My Apple Music isn’t showing in my library

If both iPhones are using the same Apple ID (and the same person is using both, as sharing ends badly), with Apple Music subscribed and iCloud Music storage enabled, the two should sync. If that’s not happening check that Apple Music subscription is visible, and that Settings > Apple ID > Apps Using iCloud > Show All > Music [enabled]
