Orange discoloration after XR iPhone battery was replaced

Since my XR iPhone battery was replaced today, the same day I’ve noticed a blurry orange dot on my screen. I was looking up answers on my computer, and when I looked back at my phone about an hour or so later, the blurry dot grew. It’s an ombre of blue, purple, dark orange, and lighting orange extending from the dot and lining the edges of my screen. I’m mildly worried, and I don’t want to be forced to pay more for fixes when I just got the battery replaced. Any thoughts??
