Splice movie maker charged twice.

Hello.

on November 3, 2023 I was charged twice for a subscription to the ‘Splice App’. I contacted their customer service and provided details about my situation. The company is very terrible with replies tbh and I often do not receive updates for days from their team. They requested my purchase history which only shows me being charged once, yet my bank account had two fees pulled by Apple to cover subscriptions to the product. I sent them images of my account being charged 6.77 twice, sent images of my invoice info. Every time I reply, they spend another 2-3 days and then ask for another hoop for me to jump through. After several replies and back and forth, it has become clear that they are not going to reinstate my account for what was charged and they are not going to refund the payment taken. I feel like I have been ripped off by the app developer. That being said, I have all the evidence here. This is why I’ve decided to contact you here. What can I do about this? It seems obvious that I was charged twice for the same subscription, on the same day, yet they keep giving me the run around. I’m wondering if this regularly happens to others on the platform. Help me please.
